Discounted rates apply for late bookings or bookings longer than two weeks.
Rates quoted are per week for the villa. They
include electricity, water, Florida taxes and the cleaning service at
the end of the rental period. Cleaning during the rental period can be
arranged though our local Florida management company, payable directly
to them.
Pool heat is charged at an additional
£75/US$140/Euros110 per week, if required.
Cot/High chair is US$40 per stay payable direct to the
management company.
